Our Team

Meet the team

Michael is from Jonesboro, Arkansas, he has formerly operated as Black Tupelo Outfitters. Michael and Black Tupelo joined forces with Bluestem in the summer of 2018. Michael loves to have fun and fun loves to have Michael. He's a stone cold wildfowl killer and well, he's Michael.

From Toccoa, Georgia, Ethan joined the Bluestem team in the winter of 2017. Ethan formerly played MLB for the Phillies, but we don't hold that against him. Ethan loves to cut up and laugh, and he'll sure enough get the shakes when a big volley of mallards move in..."that just doesn't happen in Georgia."

Beginning in his home state of Pennsylvania, Jason has been hunting since an early age and has had the opportunity to hunt migratory birds in all four flyways. He has been guiding waterfowl hunts for more than eight years and craves the hunt.

A native of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Braden is the top hand around Bluestem Waterfowl. He can work a goose call with the best and he takes pretty good pictures too. Braden is our workhorse and go-to guy. He's always hustling and is constantly on the scout to keep you on the birds all season long.

Originally from California, Walt joined the squad in November of 2018. He is currently studying business at Oklahoma State University. Although he's usually behind the scenes, Walt is a working machine and a big time asset to Bluestem Waterfowl.

Travers is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He will always keep you laughing with his funny sayings and analogies. We consider him to be a vital team member to Bluestem for comedic relief.
